Jet Guitars PS 450 BK Black Pickguard With the PS450BK, Jet Guitars has produced a black pickguard modelled on the original JS450 design. It fits onto the existing mountings without the need for drilling. It protects the body from scratches and signs of wear, and paves the way for customising the instrument.

On a JS450, the factory-fitted plate eventually shows signs of wear after several years of use. The PS450BK from Jet Guitars replaces it with a brand-new part, in the same black as the original finish, with the same mounting holes.
Fitting uses the existing mounting points on the body, with no drilling or modifications required. The plate fits directly in place of the old one, making replacement a matter of minutes.
Once in place, it acts as a barrier between the wood and the repeated strikes of the pick during playing sessions. Scratches from the forearm and marks from the belt buckle remain on this surface, away from the varnish.
This black finish is suitable for both faithful restoration and occasional visual customisation. This product is designed for the Jet Guitars JS450 series, where the drilling patterns remain identical from one model to the next.
