Electric Guitar Effects

The Cheese Ball is JHS Pedals' faithful and extremely accurate reproduction of this original circuit, a tribute to one of the most fascinating brands and circuits of all time!

ARTICLE N° 82862
Way back in the 90s, a pedal manufacturer was born in England. His ideals were off the beaten track and his sounds were mysterious. Despite a short existence of just a few years, his creations have become legendary, and one product in particular has been hugely successful.
With artists such as U2's The Edge, Jimmy Page, Radiohead, Gary Moore and many others, its price on the second-hand market began to climb until it reached $800.

The Cheese Ball has standard Volume, Gain and Tone settings like most distortions, but it also has a mode selector to choose from 4 very different types of gain and tone.
In the Off position, the Tone control is deactivated, giving a bright, dirty distortion/fuzz.
In position 1, the sound is hollowed out in the midrange for a round, Big Muff-style saturation.
Position 2 is a midrange boost that will stand out in the mix.
Finally, position 3 gives an incisive gate-like fuzz.
