Presentation
Beneath its die-cast zinc body, this cardioid condenser microphone features a 17 mm capsule with a 3 micron gold-sputtered Mylar diaphragm, ensuring fast, accurate high-frequency response while keeping transients under control. Its 142 dB SPL makes it compatible with powerful sound sources, while its 123 dB (A) dynamic range ensures clean, balanced reproduction, even in extreme conditions.
Its cardioid polar pattern provides good isolation of the desired signal, minimising unwanted ambient noise. Ideal for home studios or mobile set-ups, the LCT 240 PRO also benefits from a transformerless output circuit, effectively limiting electromagnetic interference. It connects via a gold-plated 3-pin XLR, and requires a 48V phantom power supply.
Supplied complete, this Vocal Set includes an LCT 50 PSX magnetic pop filter, a DTP 40 Mts microphone clip, an LCT 40 Ws windscreen and a DTP 40 Lb carrying case, for quick installation and neat storage.
