The Maag Audio PREQ4 is a mono-channel microphone preamp, 500 Series format. This microphone preamp a clear and transparent signal path, with an Air Band control. It offers a frequency of 2.5 kHz to 40 kHz, ideal for giving the right amount of presence to everything you capture. Acoustic guitars and voices shine through the PREQ4, and with 65dB gain available, ribbon mics easily adapt to any session. Attention, it is imperative that you have a 500 Series chassis to install it. It is compatible with the API 500-6B® lunchbox and 500VPR rack systems.
