The Blackline XP118 from Martin Audio is a compact powered subwoofer designed to reinforce portable and fixed broadcast systems. Equipped with an 18" long-excursion driver and 2000 W Class D amplification, it delivers deep bass up to 42 Hz. Its integrated DSP with intuitive interface and multi-function display provides precise control. Robust and versatile, it is equally suited to live performances and permanent installations.
Presentation
Its 18-inch long-excursion driver, equipped with a 4-inch voice coil, is optimised to deliver stable bass even at high levels. The bass-reflex design with four large cross-section front ports limits air turbulence and guarantees clean reproduction, even in demanding conditions.
Built-in Class D amplification delivers up to 2000W peak power, providing reserve power for live applications, DJs or fixed installations. The on-board DSP module offers full control via a rotary encoder and colour display, allowing you to adjust EQ, filtering and presets according to the configuration used.
Designed for versatile use, the XP118 features professional audio connections, a universal power supply with PFC and full electronic protection. Its sturdy wooden case, protected by a steel grille, incorporates ergonomic handles, a mast base and M10 inserts for suspended configurations.
Easy to deploy, configurable and reliable, the XP118 is a coherent solution for enhancing the impact of bass in a wide range of professional applications.
