The Plek Pro was developed for use in guitars production plants as a tool not only for the accurate dressing frets but also for quality control and research and development section of Martin Guitars. This computer-controlled device scans and dresses a guitar under actual playing conditions, equipped with ropes and granted, or using accurate emulation of string tension. This is a major breakthrough in the manufacturing process and verification of guitars, Plek Pro accurately identified what needs there are for the perfect ornamentation of frets, and quickly runs. The Plek Pro speeds up the manufacturing process and causes the instrument quality at a very high and consistent level.
