Numark - MixTrack Go
The ultra-compact Numark MixTrack Go DJ controller is designed for on-the-go use. Numark has simplified its design to make it quick to get to grips with, whilst retaining modern creative features such as Stems and Fade FX transition effects. The mixing controls, performance pads and built-in navigation allow you to manage tracks seamlessly. Its compact size, Bluetooth MIDI and USB-C connectivity enable quick set-up wherever you go, and offer the flexibility to use it with a PC, smartphone or tablet.
Presentation
Numark has designed this controller around a two-channel layout, with an interface focused on navigation and quick track selection. The mini capacitive touch pads allow for direct control of sound and tempo.
Each channel has a dedicated filter control for adjusting low or high frequencies. The pitch faders help align tracks during transitions. The overall design aims to provide a clear view of operations without visual clutter, even during prolonged use.
The MixTrack Go incorporates performance pads arranged in a row to access various playback modes such as cue points, loops, samplers and stem management. This layout opens up possibilities for direct manipulation of tracks in real time.
Dedicated stem controls allow you to isolate musical elements such as vocals or instruments. Fade FX transition effects respond to crossfader movement to structure transitions between tracks. The non-mirrored layout makes it easier to understand both channels with symmetrical playback.
It features a Bluetooth MIDI connection for wireless control of mixing apps on mobile devices, directly on iOS or Android smartphones and tablets. The USB-C connection is, of course, still available for use with Mac or PC computers.
Its compact size facilitates quick set-ups in a variety of venues, whilst maintaining direct access to the main controls.
