Presentation
One of the essential conditions for studio work is to be able to reproduce the mix accurately, with optimum dynamics and excellent transient response. With the STUDIMON 5, Palmer offers a near-field studio monitor that sets the standard with its bi-amping amplifier. Despite its compact design, the STUDIMON 5 delivers extremely powerful sound thanks to two 30 W Class AB amplifiers. The studio monitor is equipped with a 5" magnetically shielded bass driver with rubber suspension and a 0.75" silk dome tweeter. It also has a bass-reflex resonator on the back for optimum low-frequency reproduction. Balanced XLR and 6.35 mm stereo jack inputs ensure undisturbed signal transmission, and a practical volume control completes the speaker's equipment. The STUDIMON 5's elegant design is a perfect match for Palmer's MONICON series.
