ST Style Guitar
The Patina PS-6 LPB R Lake Placid Blue has a relic look with a slightly weathered Lake Placid Blue finish, giving it the appearance of a well-worn guitar. The trio of Alnico V SSS pickups delivers crisp, punchy tones that remain well-defined as soon as you play with a bit of attack. The satin-finished roasted maple neck feels natural in the hand right from the start.

Presentation
When you pick it up, the PS-6 LPB R guitar immediately feels light thanks to its paulownia body. The relic nitro finish reveals pre-existing signs of wear, as if the guitar had already been played on stage. The three single-coil pickups in an SSS configuration produce a clear tone that retains its detail even when you play a little louder. In the middle position, you get that typical ‘quack’ sound that really comes through on rhythm parts.
The roasted maple neck with a Modern C profile remains comfortable along its entire length. The satin finish prevents that sticky feeling when your hand gets warm. The rosewood fingerboard with 22 stainless steel frets allows you to glide easily over bends without encountering any rough spots. The 13.75″ radius provides enough comfort for playing both open chords and tighter runs.
The locking tuners hold their tuning well when you pull on the strings or use the vibrato. The tremolo bridge maintains a fairly clean return after movements, provided the instrument is used within normal limits. The bone nut helps maintain good stability when playing a series of chords or slightly harder strikes. The .010–.046 gauge strings provide a classic feel under your fingers, making them easy to play.
The Alnico V pickups deliver a sound that remains clear even when you turn the amp up a bit. At the neck position, you get a round tone that’s never muddy. At the bridge, it has a more aggressive attack, ideal for cutting through a mix. It’s the sort of guitar you plug in and quickly find your sound without spending hours tweaking the settings!
