Control and flexibility

The ADL 600 is designed to offer ultimate sound quality while remaining easy to use and compatible with all types of input sources it far exceeds all other preamplifiers market. The input selector allows you to choose high-impedance instrument input, line input or four micro impedances. The high pass filter is assigned to a three-position rotary switch (40 Hz, 80 Hz and 120 Hz to 6 dB per octave). It lets you control the response in the lower spectrum and mitigate the low frequency noise passively and transparently. The rotary input gain attenuator is a military quality and allows an attenuation by 5 dB. The total gain of the preamplifier is 72 dB. The output stage is controlled by a special plastic variable attenuator and provides a fine adjustment of +/- 10 dB to "tune" the gain structure according to the current application. The ADL 600 is also equipped with a 48V phantom power and a -20dB attenuator. These functions are controlled by ultra resistant military grade switches.

It also uses military grade three lamps per channel working with supply voltages of +/ 300 V, which you ensures sound and maximum headroom. The preamplifier uses no operational amplifier or any integrated circuit in the signal path to ensure the purest sound possible. The dual transformer design also ensures an extremely low noise floor, with a rejection rate of maximum common mode.

Level display

The ADL 600 is equipped with eight high speed segments LED displays for displaying signal transients and spikes. It is also equipped with analog VU meters of the highest quality for displaying the output level.
