The Revv Amplification D20 MK2 Black amp head is based on the concept of the original D20, with more power reserve and more control options. You get a real tube circuit with integrated direct output for playing, recording or rehearsing without necessarily using a cabinet. The switchable boost, built-in reverb and Two notes cabinet simulations make this model highly practical for modern guitarists.

The Revv Amplification D20 MK2 Black amp head is designed to give you the natural feel of a tube amp with much more modern and flexible operation. You can use it with a traditional cabinet, directly in a PA system or simply with headphones at home. Its compact size means it's easy to take with you to rehearsals, gigs or the studio.
The circuit works with 2 12AX7 and 2 6V6 tubes. You get warm clean tones, dynamic crunch and a highly sensitive response to your playing attack. Revv has also increased the gain reserve and headroom compared with the first D20 to better handle both very clean sounds and more advanced saturation.
The integrated Two notes system lets you use cabinet simulations without a microphone or physical cabinet. You can load impulse responses, play directly into an audio interface and get a mix-ready sound very quickly. The D20 MK2 also includes a digital reverb, a footswitch-activated boost and a power reduction from 20 W to 4 W for playing at more reasonable volumes.
The buffered effects loop works very well with the modulation and delay pedals. The Bright control helps to add more clarity depending on the guitar used or the style played. Revv manufactures this head in Canada and has used years of feedback from musicians to develop this new MK2 version.
