The Aerophone mini AE-01 has been designed for those who have always wanted to play an instrument, without going through a long or daunting learning phase. Its principle is based on a very simple fingering system, based on that of the recorder, with which many people are already familiar. You blow, put your fingers down, and the sound comes out immediately, without having to master a complex embouchure or highly technical breathing.
The instrument has a number of built-in sounds, including saxophone, flute, clarinet, trumpet and more modern textures. These sounds let you explore different styles without changing instruments. The breath sensor automatically adjusts expression, helping you to play in tune and concentrate on the music rather than the technique.
Using Bluetooth, the Aerophone mini connects to the free Aerophone mini Plus app on your smartphone or tablet. This app offers guided lessons, practice songs with fingering display, and a wide choice of additional sounds. It's also possible to play your favourite music and play along, just like in an accompanied playing session.
Compact, lightweight and with a built-in loudspeaker, the AE-01 can be played anywhere. The headphone connection lets you practice in total discretion, while Bluetooth MIDI opens the door to musical creation with applications and software. It's an accessible, fun and versatile instrument, designed to make you want to play without pressure.
