Computers play an essential role both in production and during live performances. But they do not always fit easily to musical instruments, requiring matching audio interface controllers. The MX-1 solves these problems with its ability to operate in three different modes. Control Surface mode, the MX-1 can synchronize with your computer and act as high-held controller for your MIDI music software. It's good. But we can do better. In Mixer mode, the MIX-1 can mix all sources connected to it, analog or digital, AIRA instruments and signals from a computer. One channel is dedicated to the stereo output of your computer, but you can also send the audio signal to USB channels 1-4 if no device is connected to the USB ports AIRA Link. It is very good. But we can do better. In External mode, the MIX-1 can send all your sources directly into your music software, acting as a high quality audio interface. At the same time, she is able to mix, with its sliders, 18 channels from your software. This allows you to use the recording features, triggering effects and mix your software by taking advantage of pre-listening skills, sync, management tracks and live effects of MX-1. It's just insane. Imagine all the possibilities available to you. Although the MX-1 makes the work very playful computer, it is quite capable of fending for itself. Whether to control your digital music production or produce live music, the MX-1 is the ideal machine.

The MIX-1 is so pleasant to use that you'll want to plug anything that you fall to hand. Four 1/4 inch inputs allow you to connect all types of instruments; stereo minijack input allows, meanwhile, manage their smartphone, tablet or other mobile devices. The four USB ports AIRA Link lets you connect your AIRA instruments so authentically "Plug & amp; Play". With automatic detection, these USB ports transmit AIRA Link audio, MIDI and sync via a single USB cable. One of the ports can even be used for the supply of instruments like TB-3 Touch Bassline or VT-3 Voice Transformer. AIRA Link simplifies cable management and makes installation quick and easy. The MX-1 also knows what "the right time", and gives you access to control starting and stopping, the tempo and timing. You can synchronize a wide range of hardware MIDI or via AIRA Link. You can control everything with the Start / Stop button lit type TR, and the tempo knob can manage fine tuning, control of Shuffle and the Tap function.

The MIX-1 is robust, versatile, very powerful, but every level controllers and effects would be useless if they were poorly designed and difficult to handle. Fortunately, the intelligent way the mix and effect settings are implemented on the MIX-1 makes its intuitive handling, immediate. And one might even say musical, designed to be played. As on all AIRA instruments, there is no menu to decipher obscure or hidden functions to slow your creative process.
