The BK-5 has an excellent Roland sound engine with over 1,100 sounds and dozens of drum and percussion kits. This polyphonic sound source 128-voice supports formats GM2, GS and XG Lite. This is partly thanks to this that the internal generator accompaniments BK-5 are so lively and musical.
Creativity above all
Besides the musical styles and Standard MIDI Files (SMF), the BK-5 can play audio files. Connect a USB device containing MP3 or WAV files and play ... wait: maybe first would you still change the tone or tempo? No problem! The BK-5 offers the same function "Center Cancel" which mitigates the singing of the audio files used, allowing you to take the place of the original artist.
USB Compatibility
You can connect a key or hard drive active (equipped with its own power source) to the USB jack on the BK-5 to read and save files. This USB socket can even be used to record your performances as audio files (WAV, 44.1 kHz / 16 bit linear).
Video Compatibility
The video output of the BK-5 can come in time to allow your audience (or colleagues) to follow the lyrics and / or chords of the songs you play. Turn your show into a multimedia experience!
