Roland's MC-101 is a professional production tool, sharing the sounds and capabilities of its big brother, the MC-707, but with many of the advantages of its smaller size.
Lightweight, rugged and handy on the move, the MC-101 can run non-stop for around 5 hours on just 4 AA batteries. So you can design sounds, create drum patterns and compose musical phrases almost anywhere. Ideal for producing entire tracks, or creating strings and backing tracks for live performances.
The MC-101 comes with Roland's signature sounds from the acclaimed TR-808, TR-909, JUNO-106 and SH-101. They're all here, ready to be played straight through or shuffled and blended to give them new life.
The MC-101 features a 4-track sequencer and 16 RGB pads so you can create and play along with your next Electro or Dance track, combining loops and drum patterns with melodic phrases. Compose and trigger clips, rearrange, resample, automate recording - in short, have fun!
When you're ready to put your tracks online or share them with friends and fans, simply connect the MC-101 to your computer with a simple USB cable. It has advanced USB audio interface capabilities and can record a complete mix, or all four parts on individual tracks in your DAW. You can also sample sounds from your DAW to capture backing tracks, stems or the sound of a virtual synth for your next live show.

Un petit bijou avec une grande richesse de sons disponibles et de possibilités. Comme toujours chez Roland, la doc est complète et les tuto ne manquent pas sur le web. L'ergonomie générale est vraiment bien pensée. Seul regret, c'est qu'il n'y ai pas un éditeur sur PC comme pour la TR-6S.
