True to the original Schecter design from the late 70s, the MonsterTone-J Bass Pickup Set Black uses direct-coupled Ceramic 8 magnets and vulcanised fibre coil construction to deliver high-output Jazz Bass sound, with clear highs and a powerful midrange. Each pickup actually consists of two distinctly wound coils (primary and secondary windings) that allow for tapped wiring, offering the versatility to choose between full output (approximately 6.0k ohms at the bridge) for a modern, warmer sound, or a vintage sound with reduced output.

Designed for bassists who want to combine clarity and power, this JJ kit delivers a precise signal, perfectly balanced between the punch of the bridge and the roundness of the neck pickup.
Beneath its sober appearance, each pickup conceals a bypass construction combined with Teflon-coated three-wire cabling, a choice that reduces noise and guarantees a consistent response, even at the highest stage volumes.
Ceramic 8 magnets, combined with eight nickel-plated carbon steel pole pieces, provide a stable magnetic field and a clean attack across the entire spectrum. With a rated resistance of 6.0 kΩ at the bridge and 5.8 kΩ at the neck, the MonsterTone-J maintains natural dynamics and clear articulation, even on the busiest lines.
Its universal spacing, 57 mm at the bridge and 55 mm at the neck, ensures perfect compatibility with the majority of modern basses. A set that combines controlled power and definition, ideal for precise, expressive grooves.
