Schecter's Reaper-5 Natural Satin is designed for bassists looking for a high-performance, elegant and comfortable instrument. Its swamp ash body, enhanced by a burr poplar top, offers a rich natural resonance and a unique organic look, enhanced by a sober, refined satin finish.
The screwed maple neck, reinforced with walnut and two carbon-fibre rods, guarantees exemplary stability. The slim 'C' profile and ebony fingerboard with 24 jumbo frets ensure fluid playability, ideal for making full use of the extended 35-inch pitch and the depth of the fifth string. The offset Pearloid markings add a subtle visual touch and make it easy to find your way around the neck.
On the electronics side, Schecter USA M-50 and P-50 pickups deliver powerful lows and well-defined mids, suitable for a wide variety of styles. The Darkglass Tone Capsule 18V active EQ provides precise sound shaping, with control over bass, midrange and upper midrange.
