As with the entire ULX-D range, Gain Ranging technology automatically optimises dynamics according to transmitter level, eliminating the need for tedious manual adjustments. The integrated limiter circuit protects the signal from clipping, ensuring clean pick-up even in the presence of transient peaks. Coupled with very low intermodulation, the ULXD4Q offers impressive spectral efficiency, making it possible to operate up to 63 transmitters in an 8 MHz TV channel in high-density mode.

The quad-channel model also boasts network flexibility: multi-channel Dante/AES67 interface, dual Ethernet ports, direct integration with Wireless Workbench for RF coordination, real-time monitoring and centralised parameter management. AES-256 encryption ensures secure transmission, particularly in sensitive environments such as conference rooms, TV studios or institutions.
