Mipro - ACT 828

The MIPRO ACT-828 receiver is designed to meet the needs of professional users looking for stability, sound quality and flexibility in managing their wireless microphones. With its two independent channels and standard 19" 1U chassis, it fits easily into any touring rack, fixed installation or AV control room.

Its 72 MHz bandwidth provides access to a large number of compatible frequencies, with no fewer than 216 pre-programmed channels and the possibility of configuring up to 16 user channels. The Auto Scan system and ACT™ function simplify the search for available frequencies and rapid synchronisation with transmitters. Digital diversity technology ensures stable reception, without signal loss or distance-related alteration.

On the audio reproduction side, digital DSP processing and 24-bit/44.1 kHz conversion offer faithful rendition, free from the artefacts and background noise typical of analogue systems. The resulting sound rivals that of a wired microphone, while taking advantage of the freedom of wireless. Built-in 256-bit encryption enhances transmission security, an invaluable asset for conferences, institutions or sensitive events.

The front panel features a colour VFD display, a navigation button and a headphone output with volume control. Outputs at the rear include balanced analogue connectors, an AES/EBU digital output, and an optional Dante or AVB network interface for integration into digital environments. Each channel has adjustable output levels, ensuring a perfect match with external consoles and processors.
