Presentation
The heart of this bass is its Fender-designed split-coil pickup with Alnico magnets. It's there to capture the essence of the Precision Bass' signature sound, with its deep lows and punchy mids. Whether grooving live or recording in the studio, this pickup delivers a versatile and precise sonic palette.
The maple neck with its "C" profile offers a comfortable grip, suitable for long playing sessions. The 9.5-inch radius and narrow frets provide a familiar, easy-to-play feel, even for complex bass lines. The vintage finish on the neck, with its patina look, adds a touch of classic style while protecting the wood.
The vintage bridge with four threaded saddles allows you to perfectly adjust the string spacing to optimize playability and tuning. As for the vintage-style tuners, they ensure excellent tuning stability, and their look is reminiscent of period models.
The poplar body, finished in glossy polyurethane, is light and pleasant, with a sober but elegant look, reinforced by a four-ply tortoise pickguard that completes the retro aesthetic.
This bass offers everything a bassist could expect from an instrument inspired by the 60s, with details faithful to the original and modern playability.
