Folk Electro Acoustic Guitar
With the Taylor 214ce, natural elegance and sonic versatility come together in an electro-acoustic folk guitar that's just waiting to let your creativity resonate. Between its Grand Auditorium body with welcoming curves, its steamed spruce top, and its C-Class bracing that amplifies depth and projection, each note is expressed with warm clarity. Its neo-tropical mahogany neck and its West African Crelicam ebony fingerboard offer fluid playing comfort, while the Expression System 2 captures every nuance with surgical precision. An ally as seductive as it is fearsomely effective.

Presentation
Behind its sober and refined appearance, the Taylor 214ce hides a formidable versatility. With its Grand Auditorium format, it offers an ideal balance between power and subtlety, adapting equally well to delicate arpeggios and percussive rhythms.
The steamed spruce top, subtly aged thanks to a roasting process, brings a depth and harmonic richness that evokes instruments that are already well-honed. Associated with the C-Class bracing, it gains in breadth, particularly in the bass, for a sound that is both balanced and vibrant.
Playing comfort is not left out, since the neo-tropical mahogany neck, profiled for a natural grip, invites hours of fatigue-free playing. The West African Crelicam ebony fingerboard, in addition to its silky touch, guarantees an excellent response under the fingers. Add to that a Venetian cutaway, allowing smooth access to the treble, and you get an instrument that is as enjoyable to play as it is to listen to.
Because a guitar this expressive deserves to be heard in every detail, Taylor has equipped the 214ce with its Expression System 2. Thanks to its sensors strategically placed behind the bridge saddle, this system faithfully transcribes the dynamic nuances of the playing, whether for an intimate stage or a more muscular amplification.
And to top it all off, the guitar comes with a reinforced gig bag, so that it travels as well as it sounds.
