Its solid koa top, combined with laminated koa back and sides, gives this Grand Auditorium an evolving sound that will become richer over time. Initially crystalline and balanced, it will gradually develop softer and woodier harmonics, rewarding patient guitarists with an ever richer sound depth.
This subtle marriage of clarity and warmth allows it to be at ease both in fingerpicking and in supported strumming, without ever being dominated by one register.
