The Tone City Double Durple Overdrive/Boost is the result of a collaboration between Danish Pete and Tone City Pedals. It combines 2 separate overdrive circuits, offering rare flexibility in a mini format.
The first, the 'Durple' circuit, is inspired by the original Durple pedal and provides a versatile, medium-gain overdrive, ideal for enriching your beats without saturating the signal.
The second, the 'Double' circuit, is based on the modified Tone City Blues Man, providing more present saturation and a Bright/Smooth EQ control to refine the character of the sound.
Each circuit can be used independently or simultaneously, creating textures ranging from light overdrive to more powerful, harmonious sounds.
The pedal maintains a clean signal path thanks to true bypass and is powered by a regulated 9 V DC supply, making it easy to integrate into any pedalboard.
