Two Notes - Torpedo Reload II
The Torpedo Reload II condenses advanced technology into a compact package for tube amps. Designed by Two Notes to accompany guitarists in all configurations, this new-generation loadbox acts as a bridge between raw power and sonic finesse. With its dual 215 W RMS output, multiple impedances (4, 8, 16 Ω) and Celestion-validated reactive load, it lets you get the best out of any amp up to 200 W, at any volume. The built-in continuous attenuator helps you preserve your ears while letting your amp express itself without restraint. With its stereo effects loop, presence and depth controls, and GENOME Reload II Edition software ecosystem, Reload II doesn't just interact with your backline - it transforms it. Don't wait for your amp to beg you to stop, give it some air while keeping total control.
Presentation
The Reload II doesn't just insert a bit of technology between your amp and your cabinet, it acts like a discreet conductor guiding the signal with elegance. Its new-generation reactive load has been redesigned from the ground up, with a curve inspired by Celestion loudspeakers, for natural, faithful playing sensations. You can saturate your power stage as you wish, while maintaining exemplary clarity. Whether you're playing at home or in the studio, you'll finally have a tool that follows your sonic moods without ever raising the volume.
Add to that two independent line outputs, a stereo effects loop, and the ability to talk to both a modeller and a 200W amp head, and you've got a tool of rare flexibility. The Torpedo Reload II adapts as quickly as you change your mind - and let's be honest, sometimes that can happen very quickly.
In terms of control, the Reload II acts as a control tower. MOJO adjustment to enrich perception at low volume, Depth and Presence parameters to colour the low and high frequencies, clipping and crossover status indicators... everything is there to control your signal with precision. The icing on the cake: each channel works independently, and A→B routing lets you imagine Wet/Dry/Wet set-ups without needing to get out your sound engineering degree. It's not magic, it's just a very good idea well executed.
And if your amp could talk, it would thank you. Because even 200W power monsters find a safe place to express themselves here. The Reload II transforms every available watt into usable sound, without ever betraying the identity of your equipment. It doesn't impose anything, it adjusts. Like an old friend who knows your riffs by heart, and knows when to turn the volume up or down without being asked.
The Reload II comes with GENOME Reload II Edition software, a veritable virtual Swiss army knife. Thanks to its 24 DynIR captures from Celestion and Two notes, and its CODEX reader compatible with NAM, AIDA-X and Proteus, you can profile your amp, widen your takes or refine your sound in post-production without leaving your armchair. You've got the tools, now it's up to you.
