Presentation
Edition 15 is the first open-back headphone to feature patented S-LogicEX technology.
Because of the way the drivers are positioned in the earcups, the listening experience is incredibly natural and more like listening to music through high-quality speakers.
Signals can be precisely located in the stereo panorama and in the three-dimensional bass, producing a remarkably authentic spatiality.
Thanks to S-LogicEX technology, Edition 15 also achieves the same perceived volume with significantly lower sound pressure, allowing longer periods of listening without fatigue.
The Edition 15 features patented ULE (ultra low emission) technology, which protects against the electromagnetic radiation generated when using headphones.

- GTC: a compound of gold and titanium for flagship models.
At the heart of the new Edition 15 and Edition 15 Veritas models is a newly developed transducer featuring our Gold Titanium Compound (GTC) technology, which combines a gold membrane with a titanium dome.
Together, these materials ensure truly exceptional sonic properties. The main component of the driver is the gold-plated Mylar membrane.
Gold as a material has the exact audio properties you would associate with this precious metal: soft, warm and brilliant sound. The GTC driver's gold-plated membrane is responsible for reproducing the mid to low frequencies, guaranteeing precise resolution for this frequency range.
A titanium dome sits in the middle: this metal is more rigid than gold, offering the perfect properties for high frequencies. Known primarily as a material used in medicine, it brings surgical precision to the sound.
All this combined with precise, accurate reproduction across the entire frequency range, from deep bass to crystal-clear highs, GTC transducers offer an unrivalled musical experience.
- S-Logic EX technology: precise localisation and a wider soundstage.
Particularly popular in the gaming sector, precise localisation thanks to refined sound tuning provides the decisive edge in gaming.
With angled drivers, the headphones create an even wider soundstage. This is often used to enjoy films with superb soundtracks.
- ULE (Ultra Low Emission) technology: the MU metal shield for the ears.
Most current headphones generate so-called low-frequency fields when electrical signals are converted into acoustic signals. ULTRASONE has developed Ultra Low Emission, or ULE, technology specifically to minimise low-frequency fields. To this end, a metal MU shield is used as a partition (or buffer card) between the volume of air in the ear and the headphone capsule.
This shielding reduces magnetic radiation by up to 98% compared with standard headphones. Professional users who regularly work with their headphones for many hours at a time particularly appreciate this feature. But ULE technology also benefits home users, especially during long listening sessions.
