Semi-Hollow Body guitar with 2 Soapbar pickups. Produced in Italy in the mid-1960s, Lynx Semi-Hollow Body guitars featured unusual pickup configurations and a distinctive look for their time, which Vox has revived in the new Bobcat V90s. As befits their revival, the historic design of these guitars has been retained, but with improved playability and increased pickup performance while controlling the risk of feedback.

The Semi-Hollow body structure uses a lightened centre block, increasing the rigidity of the instrument, while being feedback resistant, even at high volume levels.
The Bobcat's pickups are modelled on the original, but with some improvements in voicing. With a rich range of tonal variations, they have a distinctive sound and look that sets them apart from other Semi-Hollow guitars.
The logo on the headstock reproduces the vertical orientation of the original, recalling the models of the 1960s.
