The Wharfedale Pro Tourus+ A15 2-way active loudspeaker is a model designed to keep pace without faltering. With its 500W RMS bi-amplification, Bluetooth TWS streaming and optimised presets, it's neither lacking in power nor resources. Wharfedale Pro concentrates its expertise here in a sturdy but manageable format, equally at home on a boom or on stage. The Wharfedale Pro Tourus+ A15 doesn't just pump out decibels, it also knows how to adapt to a wide variety of contexts. Whether used as a front-of-house, stage monitor or fixed installation, it does the job without flinching. With its 5 M8 mounting points, two ∅35 mm boom sockets (at 0° and -3°) and integrated 45° monitor angle, it leaves you free to improvise. All you have to do is choose the orientation that suits you, and it follows suit.
Behind its powder-coated grille, the Wharfedale Pro Tourus+ A15 hides a ∅380 mm driver, a titanium compression tweeter, and a muscular motor for a response of 42 Hz to 20 kHz. The result is a sound pressure level of 130 dB that delivers a solid punch without sacrificing finesse. The 4 FIR filter-based presets allow you to tailor the sound to suit the context: DJ, Live, Normal or Speech. The 3-band EQ completes the picture, so you can fine-tune the details to suit you.
The back of the speaker gives you the keys to its behaviour: easy-to-read LED display, accessible settings, 2-channel mixer and XLR / ∅6.35 mm jack combo connectors. Add an XLR output for chaining, and you've got a nerve centre that's as simple as it is intuitive. As a bonus, Bluetooth TWS connectivity lets you pair two models without a single cable. Perfect for an uncluttered setup where cabling won't get in the way.
