Yamaha - CPX600 Root Beer
Yamaha's CPX600 Root Beer features a medium-jumbo body with spruce top and nato back and sides, for a perfect balance of powerful lows and clear highs, ideal for all playing styles. Its System 65 electronics combined with an SRT piezo pickup under the bridge provide a natural, richly nuanced amplified sound, ready to shine on stage with tonal precision. With a 634 mm scale and tight string spacing, its neck is comfortable to play, while guaranteeing fluidity even when playing complex chords.
Presentation
The spruce top, combined with nato for the back and sides, generates a clear projection with a beautiful roundness in the bass. With a pitch of 634 mm, it provides pleasant tension, especially for fast pull-offs and segues. The nato neck and rosewood fingerboard ensure a natural feel under the fingers.
On the amplification side, the onboard SYSTEM65 system gives you total control over your sound: volume, 3-band EQ, built-in tuner and Mid FQ control to fine-tune your presence in the mix. The 'Root Beer' colour scheme gives it an original look without overdoing it.
