Yamaha - FGX3 II Heritage Natural + Housse
The look inherited from the very first iconic Japanese Folk FGs of the 1960s is now reflected in the FGX3 II electro-acoustic guitar, combined with a modern design that delivers incredible performance. Highlights include a new scalloped bracing design for even greater roundness and warmth, great bass presence and incredible projection. It is equipped with the Atmosfeel system, whose amplification is based on a combination of 3 sensors that reproduce the guitar's natural sound.
Presentation
The original Yamaha FG body format delivers a warm, round sound that's particularly at home when playing chords or arpeggios.
The solid sitka spruce top has been treated with Acoustic Resonance Enhancement (A.R.E.) for a rich, powerful sound and enhanced sustain at low frequencies.
New scalloped bracing design for even more roundness and warmth, great bass presence and incredible projection.
New Atmosfeel sensor system
- A piezo sensor under the saddle reproduces low frequencies with precision.
- A second microphone under the soundboard is responsible for bass and midrange.
- A third contact sensor positioned closer to the bridge brace and bass strings captures the high end of the spectrum.

The 'Red Label' label on the inside of the guitar immediately evokes the manufacture of the very first iconic Japanese FG Folk guitars of the 1960s, produced at the time under the name Nippon Gakki.
The design and lines of the headstock of the FG Red Label series are similar to those of the first FG series from 1966, as are the 3 tuning forks and the truss-rod access cover.
