The Yamaha LS-TA BS is an electro-acoustic folk guitar from the TransAcoustic series, renowned for its unique immersive sound experience.
With its Concert shape, this guitar produces a rich, balanced sound that is excellent for fingerpicking and solo arrangements.
Its solid Engelmann spruce top is treated with A.R.E. (Acoustic Resonance Enhancement), a Yamaha technology that mimics the natural ageing process of wood for a more mature, vintage sound right out of the box.
The solid rosewood back and sides contribute to a full, warm sound, with deep bass and crystal-clear treble.
The neck is a 5-piece construction of mahogany and rosewood for added stability and durability. It's complemented by an ebony fingerboard that offers a soft touch and great responsiveness.
With a nut width of 44 mm, a 650 mm pitch and 20 frets, this guitar offers exceptional playability for all playing styles.
The Yamaha LS-TA BS is equipped with the System70 TransAcoustic preamplifier, which offers a revolutionary electro-acoustic playing experience. With this system, you can add reverb and chorus effects directly into the body of the guitar, without the need for external amplification. The SRT piezo transducer delivers natural, dynamic sound reproduction.
The Brown Sunburst finish gives this guitar an elegant vintage look. The Yamaha LS-TA BS comes with a soft case to protect your instrument, as well as 2 AA batteries to power the preamp.
