Presentation
The Yamaha MGP32X is a 32-channel mixing console that combines high-quality analog elements with advanced digital technologies, meeting the needs of live installations and studios. Equipped with 24 mic inputs with D-PRE Class A preamps, it delivers rich, precise sound, capturing the details of every performance. With 32 line inputs (24 mono and 4 stereo), the MGP32X allows for extensive connectivity for a wide variety of sound sources.
This console features the X-pressive EQ, which recreates the harmonic response typical of analog consoles, allowing for authentic and detailed sound shaping. Eight One-Knob compressors simplify dynamic control on key channels, providing fast and intuitive compression. The effects section includes two digital processors: the Rev-X reverb, with hall, room and plate algorithms, and the SPX processor, which offers 16 additional effects. These effects allow a wide range of creative options to enrich mixes.
On the digital side, the MGP32X offers USB connectivity for recording and playing MP3 or WAV files, as well as direct compatibility with iOS devices for audio playback and control via a dedicated app. The console also has 6 AUX sends, 2 of which are dedicated to effects, and 4 groups, allowing efficient management of complex mixes. A mono output with adjustable low-pass filter and a 14-band graphic EQ allow fine adjustment of the overall sound.
The Yamaha MGP32X combines the warmth and richness of analog sound with the flexibility and advanced options of digital, offering a versatile tool for sound engineers looking for a powerful and intuitive mixing solution.
