Its internal structure has been redesigned for greater stability and more precise dynamic feedback. High-resolution controllers, eight faders and six Display Knobs provide direct access to essential parameters. The central Super Knob, the expressive heart of the machine, lets you move from atmospheric texture to percussive layer in a single gesture, as if the sound followed the movement of your hand.
Yamaha has hidden an impressive amount of computing power beneath the MODX M6's elegant surface: up to 268 voices of polyphony, 10.7 GB of sample memory and 1.9 GB of user flash memory. This colossal sound reserve ensures smooth management of the densest performances, without clipping or saturation. The 16-track sequencer, combined with over 10,000 built-in arpeggios, paves the way for a wide variety of rhythmic and melodic creations. Every parameter can be modulated in real time, whether you're programming your set or improvising on stage.
