The AER AK15 Plus pickup system allows you to amplify your acoustic guitar whilst retaining a natural, nuanced sound. It combines a piezo pickup under the bridge with a built-in microphone to capture the full character of your instrument. Easy to install, it is suitable for both folk and classical guitars that are compatible with a nut-mounted pickup.

The AER AK15 Plus pickup system is an excellent solution if you want to capture the authentic sound of your guitar when plugged into an amp or PA system. Its piezo sensor beneath the nut ensures a precise attack and excellent definition, whilst the built-in microphone adds depth and a much more natural sound. You can easily adjust the overall volume and the microphone level using the controls fitted in the soundhole. It’s as simple as that: you can tailor your sound in a matter of seconds to suit your playing style!
The built-in preamp delivers a high output level with very low background noise to preserve all the nuances of your instrument. The kit includes the piezo pickup, the preamp with built-in microphone, the 9 V battery, the battery holder and the accessories needed for a neat, solder-free installation. The system only activates when a jack cable is plugged in, which prevents the battery from draining unnecessarily between uses.
