Apex Electronics 485 BK is a set of two condenser microphones, specially designed for studio or live applications.
Supplied as a matched pair, they guarantee precise and balanced capture, ideal for stereo configurations such as drum overheads, choir recordings or acoustic instruments.
Thanks to the interchangeable capsules, this model offers unique flexibility, allowing you to choose between a cardioid polar pattern for targeted capture and an omnidirectional polar pattern for a more global and natural sound recording.
Featuring an extended frequency response of 30 Hz to 16 kHz, the 485 BK faithfully captures sonic details with remarkable clarity. It supports a maximum sound pressure level (SPL) of 125 dB, making it a perfect choice for powerful sound sources such as percussion.
The excellent sensitivity of -55 dB combined with a signal-to-noise ratio of over 76 dB ensures clean recordings without unwanted background noise.
The robust design of the microphones, combined with professional XLR connectivity, ensures unfailing reliability in all situations.
