Presentation
In addition to the USB port and MIDI DIN input and output, Arturia has equipped its KeyLab mkII with one CV input and four CV outputs for integrating the controllers into the modular world or linking them to your compatible synths.
The KeyLab mkII offers two customisable tuning modes and three modes of operation: DAW to drive your STAN, with transport, track management and navigation controls; Analog Lab for easier access to the thousands of instrument sounds in Arturia's famous collection via automatic assignment of pots, faders and keyboard buttons, dedicated Category buttons and tag navigation with the jog wheel. Finally, a User mode lets you customise all the controls so that they send the MIDI CC messages you want to drive the parameters of your virtual instruments. You can save up to 10 configurations.
And to make life even easier, Arturia supplies ten magnet covers and presets for the most popular STANs!

In recent years, the main component of master keyboards has been somewhat neglected. The quality of the keys has declined to the point of limiting the possibilities of expression that we are entitled to expect from a controller. That's why Arturia has completely redesigned its keyboard to offer a responsive touch, sensitive to velocity and aftertouch.
Never before has a master keyboard offered so many possible controls: the Keylab mkII offers both Midi sockets for connecting your synthesizers, expanders and other digital effects, the indispensable USB/Midi socket for working with your software, but also 4 CV outputs that will let you connect and control old analogue synthesizers and even modular systems!
To our great delight, Arturia's engineers are all musicians. And it shows! The Keylab mkII's user interface benefits both from the experience they've gained with their previous controller ranges and from a great deal of thought by experienced instrumentalists. As a result, never before has a master keyboard been so quick to learn and so versatile.
The Keylab mkII comes with software licences for Analog Lab 3, Piano V (the full version) and Ableton Live Lite. Using this master keyboard, you'll be able to play with over 6,000 sounds from legendary synthesizers and also play with Arturia's model piano to record everything in the most famous DAW: Ableton Live Lite.
