B&C Speakers - DE1095TN 8 Ohm Driver

The B&C Speakers DE1095TN 8 Ohm is a 2-inch compression driver designed for audio professionals who demand faithful high-frequency reproduction without sacrificing power. With its 108dB sensitivity, it delivers exceptional performance, reducing the need for amplification while guaranteeing clear, balanced sound projection.

It features a 100 mm aluminium voice coil, combined with a new-generation titanium diaphragm, entirely redesigned to improve distortion control. The optimised geometry of the dome and suspension reduces distortion in the high frequencies, while ensuring smooth extension up to 20 kHz. Vocals sound natural, cymbals shine, without ever becoming aggressive.

The neodymium motor incorporates a copper demodulation ring, which homogenises the magnetic field and stabilises the frequency response over the entire useful band. Thanks to its 1.9 T magnetic flux, the diaphragm's behaviour remains fluid even during prolonged operation. This level of control is reflected in the coherent sound of the entire system.

The 2-inch output makes this model compatible with large-diameter horns, often used in three-way systems, line arrays or long-throw subwoofers. Response starts at 500 Hz, with recommended filtering at 800 Hz, freeing up the low midrange while maintaining a precise, stable treble.

With its 120 W AES (and 240 W programme), the DE1095TN handles dynamic peaks without faltering, while retaining a high degree of transparency. It is perfectly suited to complex sound environments, such as concerts, live events or fixed installations where clarity and sound pressure must coexist.

Compact (127 mm diameter, 89 mm deep) and lightweight (2.14 kg), it mounts quickly via 4 M6 points over 102 mm, for easy integration into most professional subwoofers. It's a reliable, balanced and powerful motor, designed for high-level audio systems.
