The DE250TN 8 Ohm Push Buttons compression driver is one of B&C Speakers' most popular references for versatile professional PA systems.
It combines a proven design with technical choices geared towards reliability, power handling and sonic stability, making it particularly suitable for front-of-house speakers, stage monitors and installed systems.
Featuring a 25 mm (1") throat, the DE250TN allows easy integration with a wide variety of standard horns. Its ability to operate from 1.5 kHz makes it easy to connect with midrange or low-midrange drivers, while maintaining a clean, controlled transition zone.
This characteristic is appreciated in robust two-way designs, where the coherence of the connection plays a central role in overall intelligibility.
The titanium diaphragm gives the motor excellent mechanical and thermal resistance. This material is renowned for its rigidity and durability, ensuring accurate high-frequency reproduction while withstanding high power levels over long periods.
Combined with a 44 mm aluminium voice coil, it enables the DE250TN to handle high levels of continuous power, while maintaining an extended response up to 18 kHz.
