The B&C Speakers DE45 8 Ohm Driver is a professional compression driver with a 1-inch (25 mm) output, renowned for its quality reproduction in the treble register and high energy efficiency. Its robust, balanced design makes it the ideal choice for PA speakers and multi-way systems requiring accurate, dynamic and distortion-free high frequencies.
Equipped with a titanium diaphragm, the DE45 offers excellent thermal and mechanical stability, guaranteeing clear, smooth reproduction up to 18 kHz. Its 1.7-inch (44 mm) aluminium coil is combined with a powerful ferrite magnetic circuit generating a flux density of 1.7 T, ensuring a fast response and high sensitivity of 106 dB (1W/1m).
Designed for a nominal power of 110 W AES, this motor combines high efficiency and reliability, while maintaining exemplary linearity between 1,000 Hz and 18,000 Hz. Its compact size makes it easy to fit to a variety of horns, thanks to its 2 or 3-point mounting systems, making it compatible with a wide range of professional configurations.
