Presentation
The PAF'Tron Bridge humbucker revisits the legendary PAF sound in a more compact, edgy format. It uses very fine copper wire, carefully wound to capture the right frequency, neither too bright nor too muted. The result is a balanced, rich sound with great dynamics.
The Alnico V magnets give it a well-defined attack, perfect for picking or dry riffing. With a vintage amp, it comes out warm, while with digital modelling, it remains natural. It doesn't artificially pump up the bass and retains a good midrange presence.
Its slight output boost in the bridge position lets you make yourself heard without upsetting the balance. What's more, the pickup has an attractive nickel/black finish that's understated, unassuming but stylish.
