Electro-Voice - Pack Everse 8 White + 2 Micros main sans fil Mac Mah

This pack combines the Electro-Voice EVERSE 8 White portable active speaker with the Mac Mah W UHF 200 M wireless system, complete with two handheld microphones. This provides you with a solution designed for situations where several people need to speak, whilst maintaining a system that is easy to move around. Whether for events, presentations, ceremonies or group discussions: the speaker handles the sound, whilst the two microphones allow two speakers to address the audience without being tethered to the speaker by a cable.

The EVERSE 8 W delivers 200 W and combines an 8-inch woofer with a 1-inch tweeter featuring a titanium dome and a neodymium magnet. Its 100° horizontal and vertical dispersion provides extensive coverage of the area around the speaker, with a maximum sound pressure level of 121 dB SPL. The frequency response of 65 Hz to 18 kHz at -3 dB enables it to reproduce both speech and music equally well, meaning its use is not limited to public address applications alone.

Its battery operation offers real freedom when setting up the equipment. The claimed battery life of 6 to 12 hours means you can use it during an event without having to stay near a mains socket. The Bluetooth connection also allows you to stream music without needing a cable between your source and the speaker. And when you want a wider stereo soundstage, TWS technology can pair two EVERSE 8s via Bluetooth.

As for the microphones, the Mac Mah W UHF 200 M includes two handheld microphones and a rechargeable UHF receiver. The two channels allow both microphones to be used in the same setup, which is particularly handy when an event involves two presenters. Each microphone features a dynamic cardioid capsule and runs on two AA batteries, with a claimed average battery life of 6 to 10 hours. Their average range of 50 to 80 metres allows presenters to move freely around the venue.

The receiver, for its part, runs on a rechargeable Li-ion battery and also offers an average battery life of 6 to 10 hours. It charges via USB-C and features a 6.35 mm unbalanced audio jack for connection to a speaker. The microphones are paired with the receiver via infrared, whilst the microphones’ LCD screens display, amongst other things, the frequency in use and the battery level. Selecting the frequency allows the system to be configured according to the specific requirements of the application.

The EVERSE 8 White has two XLR/6.35 mm TRS combo inputs, allowing you to connect the wireless system as well as other audio sources. A 3.5 mm stereo mini-jack input, a USB Type-C port and a footswitch input complete the available connections. This means you can combine music playback and microphone use on the same speaker, without needing to set up a separate mixing desk.
