EMG - BTS System HZ

Designed for basses fitted with passive pickups, the EMG BTS HZ system provides active equalisation without altering the original character of your instrument. It includes an ABC B125 active balance with buffered inputs, allowing you to finely manage the mix between your two pickups.

You'll also benefit from a 2-band equalizer, with a potentiometer for bass and another for treble. Each band can be adjusted by ±12 dB, with a linear travel for smooth adjustment. The treble can be adjusted according to four different curves using an internal dip-switch. This allows you to adapt your sound to stage situations, fingerpicking or slapping.

The master volume completes the package for simple, direct overall control. It's powered by a 9V battery, with an 18V option for a more dynamic signal.

All components are included for complete installation: pots, stereo jack, connectors, cabling, battery holder. You can connect it in EMG mode without soldering, or adapt it using traditional wiring.

It's suitable for all passive basses with two pickups. It respects the original sound colour while offering greater clarity and control. Once installed, the system remains discreet, but its effectiveness is immediate. With just a few adjustments, you can transform the interaction between your microphones into a genuine sound creation tool.
