The American Ultra II Jazz Bass V Ultraburst is a Fender electric bass designed for the discerning musician looking for comfort and flexibility. Its select alder body, with sculpted contours, provides optimum ergonomics and smooth access to the upper registers thanks to the contoured neck heel.

The quartersawn maple neck, with its Modern "D" profile and satin-finish finish, ensures a comfortable grip and remarkable stability. The ebony fingerboard, with a compound radius from 10" to 14", offers precise playability adapted to modern techniques.

Fitted with Ultra II Noiseless Vintage Jazz Bass pickups, this bass delivers a rich, versatile sound, ranging from vintage warmth to contemporary clarity, with no extraneous noise. The built-in preamp offers active/passive mode via the S-1™ Switch, 3-band EQ and a midrange frequency selector, allowing timbre to be adjusted to suit style and context.

The HiMass™ bridge with 5 adjustable bridges, which can be used as through-strings or top-load, guarantees excellent sustain and hold. Lightweight Fender "F" tuners with tapered axes ensure reliable tuning stability. Supplied with a Deluxe moulded hard case, the American Ultra II Jazz Bass V combines refined design with Ultraburst finish, playing comfort and tonal versatility, ready to accompany the musician on stage as well as in the studio.
