Folk Electro Acoustic Guitar
The Godin Metropolis Natural RN GT EQ guitar reimagines the dreadnought shape with a modern, refined approach. Its solid Sitka spruce top and mahogany construction produce a rich, balanced and expressive sound. Thanks to its built-in Fishman electronics, it is equally at home on stage and in the studio.

Presentation
The Godin Metropolis Natural RN GT EQ guitar retains the classic lines of a dreadnought whilst incorporating several contemporary features. From the moment you pick it up, its mahogany neck feels comfortable and inviting. Its distinctive inlay at the 12th fret and its headstock, which matches the pickguard, give it a visual identity all of its own.
The combination of a solid Sitka spruce top and a solid mahogany back and sides produces a sound that is both full-bodied and balanced. Chords have a lovely depth, whilst individual notes remain well-defined. This tonal character is equally suited to rhythm playing and more melodic parts.
The rosewood fingerboard, 647.7 mm scale length and 406.4 mm radius contribute to the instrument’s overall comfort. The 21 frets provide ample space to explore the entire neck. The glossy finish on the top also highlights the wood’s natural grain.
For musicians who play through an amplifier, the Fishman Sonitone system is a real asset. The volume and tone controls remain easily accessible whilst maintaining the guitar’s aesthetic appeal. Made in Canada, this guitar will appeal to guitarists looking for a modern dreadnought that is expressive and a pleasure to play on a daily basis.
