Hotone - MP-50MC Ampero Mini Matcha

The Hotone MP-50MC Ampero Mini Matcha is a compact multi-effects unit that lets you control everything from a single device, without having to use multiple pedals. It’s a size that’s easy to fit on a pedalboard or slip into a bag, with a sturdy aluminium casing. Simply plug in your guitar and you’ll have instant access to amp tones, effects and ready-to-use settings. The touchscreen makes things simple: just tap, adjust and get on with it, hassle-free.

You’ve got a wide range of sounds to choose from, including distortion, delay, reverb, modulation and amp simulations. You can combine them all at once to create your own sound, just as you would with several traditional pedals. You can also load your own speaker cabinet impulse responses, allowing you to tailor the sound to your style or your amp. And if you often play in rehearsals or at home, the built-in looper and drum machine are really handy for practising without any extra kit.

When it comes to connections, you’re all set: a guitar input, an auxiliary input for playing along to backing tracks, a stereo output and a headphone output for playing silently. The USB-C port lets you connect the whole thing to a computer to record or edit your sounds easily. The whole unit is lightweight and easy to carry, with a design tailored for musicians who are always on the move. And ultimately, it’s the sort of pedal you plug in once, and you’ll already want to keep it in your setup!
