Presentation
The Korg Volca Beats is an analogue drum machine with powerful drum sounds and a built-in sequencer. Its Sync input/output allows you to synchronise the clock of several instruments in the Volca series as well as the Korg Monotribe.
It also has a MIDI input for note input, as well as external synchronisation and control from your DAW.
The built-in speaker and battery power let you take it anywhere.
The 16-step sequencer has eight memory patches. Its Stutter function generates repeated triggers that radically alter the sequence. The Active Step function generates new drum lines by removing or inserting steps. The Step Jump function instantly plays only the step you press for on-the-fly improvisation and remixing.
