Dynamic Microphone
Lewitt MTP 840 DM, supercardioid dynamic handheld microphone with clear sound and switchable active circuit.
ARTICLE N° 78262
Presentation
The Lewitt MTP 840 DM is a super-cardioid dynamic microphone with an active circuit (48v power supply required). When switched on, the active circuit boosts the microphone's sensitivity by 12 dB while preserving the original impedance. As a result, it can cut through any mix, even the densest!
What's more, its super-cardioid pick-up pattern reduces the risk of feedback, even at very high volumes.
The MTP 840 DM has been designed for vocals, but it also works very well on guitar amps, brass and woodwinds as well as toms.
The MTP 840 DM has a 3-position switch for changing its operating mode. You can choose between a passive mode and two active modes.

Spotlight on
Austrian manufacturer Lewitt, whose founders came up through the ranks at AKG, believes that good sound is for everyone, whether you're recording at home, on stage, or in the studio as a beginner or professional. To ensure that nothing limits your performance technically, Lewitt has advanced microphone technology by redesigning it from the ground up, such as the RAY studio condenser microphone, the LCT 140 AIR STEREO matched pair and the versatile LCT 440 PURE.
