LTD - B204 DX Black Burst

The LTD B-204DX Black Burst is designed for bassists looking for a bass that can adapt to different playing styles without complicating the settings.

Whether you’re working on a precise line, looking for more presence, or simply want to tailor your sound to the track, the B-204DX’s controls provide direct access to the key settings. It is this ease of shaping the sound directly from the instrument that makes it a valuable addition to any bass setup.

Playing comfort is also a key consideration. The roasted maple neck features a Thin U profile that offers a comfortable grip, whilst the rosewood fingerboard is fitted with 24 extra-jumbo frets.

With its 34" scale length and 400 mm radius, the B-204DX retains a familiar configuration for an electric bass, with a fingerboard that provides ample space to utilise its full range.

However, its character isn’t based solely on playability. The burl poplar top gives each instrument its own unique nuances, enhanced by the Black Burst finish, whilst the black hardware adds to its appeal.

The two ESP SB-4 pickups, positioned at the neck and bridge, allow you to adjust the balance between the two positions, then further refine the sound using the Bass and Treble controls. The B-204DX thus combines a comfortable playing feel, electronics that allow you to really shape the sound, and an aesthetic that gives it a unique identity all of its own.
