Presentation
The Markbass MB GV 5 GOG Red Passion CR RW FC Passive 5-string electric bass features a versatile design. Its solid alder Jazz Bass-style body and bolt-on maple neck provide a solid foundation for precise and dynamic expression. It comes with a gig bag to protect the instrument when not in use and keep your gear tidy.
The two Markbass Noiseless JJ-style pickups capture every nuance of your playing with a highly responsive touch. Their design reduces hum at 50–60 Hz, even when only one pickup is selected. The two independent volume controls and the tone control make it easy to craft a clear, defined bass tone.
The maple or rosewood fingerboard features 20 frets and a scale length of 864 mm, with a 45 mm nut on this 5-string version. Andrew Gouchè’s endorsement further reinforces the identity of this gospel- and groove-oriented Markbass bass.
