The solid spruce top, combined with an FSC-certified solid sapele back and sides, produces a warm tonal response with excellent note definition. The carved X-bracing promotes even projection, making it equally suited to delicate passages and more assertive strums. This Signature edition incorporates several elements inspired by a vintage Martin guitar once owned by Shawn Mendes, with a contemporary interpretation designed with responsible manufacturing in mind. The Straightline Pyramid bridge makes its debut on a Road Series model and contributes to the identity of this instrument.
The tortoiseshell-effect pickguard also features a distinctive shape that immediately enhances its visual character.
