Professional time synchronisation.
As a professional SMPTE time code synchroniser, Micro Express converts and calibrates SMPTE in all formats: 23.976 (for 2011 and later models), 24, 25, 29.97 "drop and non-drop" and 30. The SMPTE 'Jam Sync' option in Freewheeling mode also provides greater synchronisation stability to avoid stalls.
The Micro Express also supports the MIDI Machine Control (MMC) format, with the possibility of being either a "master" or a "slave" in MMC. In addition, it can distribute MMC transport commands to all devices connected to it.
A control pedal has been added.
You can easily connect a switch pedal to the front panel of the interface and program it to generate MIDI events. The data will be transmitted to any connected device. You can, for example, send MIDI patch changes to your synthesizers or sound modules in concert.
Expandable, plug-and-play and powered by its USB port.
Micro Express makes full use of the USB connection for fast, secure transfer of MIDI data - accurate to sub-milliseconds - and supports hot-plugging and plug-and-play operations.
